*Responsibilities* * Month-end Closing * Customer Collections and AR ageing * Sales invoicing * Pay Vendors * Process our outsourced payroll * Reconcile bank statements * Inventory accounting * Property tax filings * Sales Commissions * Manage credit card expenses * Accounting rep on ERP implementation team *Requirements* * 4 years’ work experience as an Accountant * Exceptional knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * Firsthand experience with software like Global Shop or other ERP system * Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables.
* Strong diligence and good analytical skills * Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred * Collaborator!
