- Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available properties to attract prospective tenants
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and background checks
- Negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and other relevant laws
- Experience with administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
- Familiarity with office equipment and software applications
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and rental income is maximized.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
