It is possible to read and study while waiting on people (if our demands are met) to show up but you can also get paid more by calling prospects to come out and leasing then apartments.
We do have openings during the week but not as a leasing agent, you would be working on our construction site if we could agree on the terms

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team.
The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process, showcasing available properties, and ensuring a positive leasing experience.
Duties:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features
- Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Prepare leasing agreements, rental applications, and other relevant documents
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants using OneSite or similar software
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conduct unit inspections, and handle lease renewals
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Assist with property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
Skills:
- Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to maintain organized files and documentation
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable lease agreements
- Conflict management abilities to address tenant issues effectively
- Upselling techniques to promote additional property features or services
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices for timely issue resolution
- Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements
