As a Community Manager at our Magnolia, TX location, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a vibrant and thriving coworking community.
Here's what we're looking for:
*Your Qualifications:*
* A bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of successful sales and staff management experience.
* Comfort with technology, including high-tech phone systems, social media, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with internet-based systems designed to manage workflow.
* Strong sales and communication skills, with a knack for business networking.
* Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with a knack for anticipating member needs.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly in the realms of customer service and sales.
* An aptitude for building and maintaining relationships.
* The ability to multitask, organize workflows efficiently, and produce thorough work in a fast-paced environment.
* High levels of integrity, punctuality, and reliability.
* The capacity to proactively and creatively resolve issues.
* Experience in hospitality, commercial property management, or residential multi-family is a plus.
*Your Responsibilities:*
* Selling memberships for private offices, coworking, virtual offices, and marketing meeting rooms.
* Managing a small team and demonstrating leadership skills.
* Retaining existing members and attracting new members.
* Achieving sales goals and ensuring overall member satisfaction.
* Self-generation of leads through local networking and other marketing avenues.
* Collaborating with accounting, marketing, and technology teams to increase revenue and meet or exceed monthly budgets.
