Part Time Leasing Consultant

University Club & Papermoon Apartments is looking for a vibrant, self-motivated and organized leasing consultant.
This position is part time and Saturday work is required.
*Essential Functions:* * Show vacant apartments to prospective residents * Lease apartments to qualified prospects * Sign leases with incoming residents * Complete daily & monthly reports * Follow company policies at all times * Answer a multi-line phone * Complete any additional tasks assigned by manager *Required Skills:* * Excellent oral and written skills * Must be self-motivated, energetic, organized & willing to learn * Experience using Microsoft Office * Leasing experience preferred, but not required Interested applicants can stop by our office at 2424 Montgomery Road, Huntsville, TX 77340 to complete an application.
