WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in.
Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Ensure that all traffic is followed up by marketing efforts, social media outlets, phone calls, or email correspondence.
Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Prior leasing experience is preferred.
Must be willing to work weekends and reliable.
Excellent customer service experience.
Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.
