Residential Appraiser Field Supervisor

*DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:* · Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of procedures and workflows necessary to perform those functions assigned to the Residential Property Department and make recommendations on needs and changes.
· Implement and maintain a yearly field work plan for Department to include monthly reports compiling workflow data for statistical reports and work production schedules.
· Reports progress of any ongoing or special projects of the Department to the Director of Appraisal.
· Ensures that the quality of work performed by the appraisers meets the standards set by the Director of Appraisal.
· Knowledge of and experience with aspects of the Property Tax Division (PTD) Ratio Study.
· Training and Quality Control for all Field Appraisal staff.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
00 - $70,000.
