Residential Appraiser Trainee

*DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:* · Collects general, specific, and comparative data and enters information into MVAD database.
· Assist other Residential Appraisers to ensure the existing data on file is current and accurate.
· Has tasks assigned as the needs of the appraisal district change during the appraisal year.
· Assist with property owners concerning the valuation of their property.
· Represents Montgomery County with dignity, integrity, and a spirit of cooperation in all relationships with staff and the public.
· Fully committed to the next step of becoming a licensed Residential Appraiser.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.
00 - $42,000.
