We're seeking a Controller who not only crunches numbers but uses them to fuel strategies.
Working closely with management, the Controller will play a pivotal role in steering the facility’s performance metrics, including fine-tuning expense management, and driving job profitability.

Responsibilities Partnering: Serve as a trusted business advisor to both Finance and Operation leadership teams.
Month-End Mastery: Oversee the month-end closing process for the US locations, including review of factory financial results.
Team Management: Manage an accounting team within the US at multiple locations.
KPI & Forecasting: Execute monthly internal and external reporting packages, focusing on key KPIs and financial forecasts.
Process Improvements: Assess accounting operations to develop and lead the implementation of standardization and process improvements.
Decision Support: Provide the local leadership and department managers with vital financial and performance insights for informed decision-making.
Budget Leadership: Take the helm in the annual budget process in collaboration with leadership local leaders and department managers.
Cost Management: Actively engage in cost management and budget accountability, identifying corrective actions with leadership as necessary.
Business Acumen: Support in developing business and financial understanding across the team.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Information This position is on-location.
Estimated travel is 25-30%.
The company has facilities in Las Vegas, NV and Conroe, TX and will manage both locations reporting to the Corporate Controller.
Candidates located in either location will be considered.
Additionally, this role is eligible for annual performance bonus of 20%.
Requirements Start-Up Spirit: Thrives in a dynamic start-up atmosphere.
Educational Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related field.
Additional Designations: CPA, CMA, MBA, or Six Sigma is a plus.
Industry Experience: 8+ years in accounting, including management experience, especially in manufacturing industries with international operations.
Versatile Experience: Combination of public accounting and private enterprise experience highly valued.
Language Skills: Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a bonus.
