The Senior Accountant will take the lead in maintaining financial accuracy, preparing financial reports, and contributing to strategic financial decisions.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Collaborate with finance leadership to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
General Ledger Management:
Manage general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and transactions.
Assist in maintaining and improving the chart of accounts.
Audit and Compliance:
Lead and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide documentation and support during audits.
Financial Operations Support:
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Review and approve financial transactions, invoices, and expenses.
Collaborate with team members to optimize financial processes.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting software and Excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
CPA certification or equivalent is a plus.
Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience.
Physical Requirements:
The Senior Accountant position is primarily office-based and does not require significant physical exertion.
