Collection Specialist

Responsibilities: - Contact individuals to collect outstanding debts - Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors - Follow up on payment arrangements and ensure timely payments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities - Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters - Assist with account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of debits and credits Qualifications: - Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain professionalism - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately - Proficient in using collection software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently and meet collection targets Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $1,800.
