*BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE ADMIN (PART-TIME)*
We are currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team.
This is not a remote position; you would be required to work in the office 15-25 hours a week as needed during business hours.
However, days and times are flexible.
We are expanding, and this position will turn into a full-time opportunity.
Bunker 27 is a veteran-owned apparel retailer.
We have 9 brick-and-mortar locations, e-commerce channels, online and Amazon, and wholesale customers.
We are using QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and A2X Accounting Software.
The responsibilities for this role would be the following:
* Perform accounting tasks i.
e.
A/P, A/R, Invoicing, Deposits, Payroll, etc.
, in QuickBooks Online
* Journal entries and month/year-end close, month-end reconciliations (bank accounts, credit cards, etc.
)
* Creating and entering of invoices
* Monthly P&L statements
* Handling purchase orders and matching with invoice
* Reconciling cash deposits and POs from stores
* Managing employee expenses
* Works with CPA firm for all monthly, quarterly and year-end preparation
* Other office duties as needed
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
* Minimum 3 years in QuickBooks Online
* Must be proficient in computers and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Able to perform all accounting tasks with *high attention to detail*
* Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with others
* Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
* Accounting degree is a plus
