The Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of clients who are hot leads and interested in booking an appointment at our new home sales site.
Educate, strategize, and successfully sell the dream over the phone (Manufactured Homes, Tiny Homes, Modular Homes) through a high volume of outbound sales calls.
Must have excellent communication and energy while on the phone to attract customers through the door.
Become an expert in Titan's advertising solutions, and adapt home solution recommendations quickly to suit our customer's needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and tenacity are key! This will be getting our customers over the phone to book an appointment with our sales centers.
Must be organized, self-motivated and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals- you know that sales is a numbers game and you're here to win.
